Seller Information

If you are ready to make some extra money on items your kids have out grown then register to sell with us! As a seller you receive 70%of your sale items. Registration fee is $10.00 and will need to be paid before you will be allowed to register. If you register and we have not recieved your fee you will be deleted. We had about 25 sellers sign up and take a number last season and cancel at the last minute, so we are requiring you to pay your fee upfront, to insure that everyone that wants to participate and sell will get a number. Once we recieve your fee we will email you, with registration instructions. So make sure you include your email address with your registration fee.

To make LIFE EASIER, we are offering 3 easy levels of consignor participation:

Standard Consignor-You prepare, tag, price and deliver us your acceptable items to earn 70% on sold merchandise.

Working Moms-Kids at Play tags and prices your items for you! All you have to do is prepare and deliver your items to us to earn 60% on sold merchandise.(Sorry, Volunteer percentage benefits and referral benefits do not apply to you)

Hard Working Moms-Kids at Play prepares, tags, and prices your items for you. Just deliver your acceptable items to us to earn 50%(Sorry, Volunteer percentage benefits and referral benefits do not apply to you.)

(All big items, like large furniture(cribs, beds,chests, big toys and so on)must be delivered to the sale site.)

For Kids at Play Consignment to process your "Working Moms" items, we insist you follow our everybody stays happy guidelines:

Consignors must provide hangers or Kids at Play will furnish them and deduct the cost (16 cents per hanger) from the consignors check.

You must pick up your unsold items and check up on Saturday, Aug. 7th, 2010 at 5pm (after 6 pm all items left will be donated) for our Corbin Sale. For our London Sale you must pick up your unsold items and check on Friday Sept. 3 at 4pm(after 5 pm all items left will be donated). Unless you have donated all your items. Depending on how many volunteers we have to help with break down will determine how soon we get finished. If you arrive and we are not finished, you may jump in and help us, that way we will have your check and items ready for you faster.

To register to sell, you will create and activate an account with My Consignment Manager. If you already have an account with them, then skip that part and just sign up to sell our current sale. To create an account click HERE

Make sure you fill in all the information when creating your account, it is case sensitive so use lower case when setting up your id and password. You will want to write these down, you will need them when you log into your account. After you have finished answering all the questions make sure you click on create account. If you have any problems email me and I will be happy to talk you through it.

All sellers will need to choose a check-in time from your Seller Home Page in the My Consignment Manager system.

-Standard Check-In-You will bring your items in grouped by size and gender and all other similar items grouped together.

All sellers will need to remain until we have gone through your items. You will then receive your containers back. You will need to bring these back with you on Saturday when you return to pick up your unsold items.

As soon as check in is over comes the fun part SHOPPING EARLY!

Word of mouth is the best advertisement and it can make you more money on what you sell! So this season we are offering something brand new. If you refer 3 people who consign with us, we will pay you 80% of your overall sales. If you refer 6 people to our sale and they consign we will pay you 95% of your overall sales! To benefit from this incentive, you need to have them list your full name as a referal when registering on the web site. So start spreading the word!
