Volunteer Worker Shop Early!!Executing a well organized consignment sale requires a lot of work, and we would love to have your help. You dont have to be a consignor to volunteer! We need Volunteer Workers to help us with set-up, break down, Consignor Drop-Off, ticket pullers, organizing the merchandise in a pleasing way, and sorting the unsold items at the end of the sale for Consignors to pick-up.
The opportunity to be one of the first to shop the sale will allow you to have the best selection, and the time to shop at your leisurely pace before the sale is crowded by other shoppers. First admittance offers you first chance to get the best deals available at the sale! Workers that accept shifts during the Pre-Sales will have the opportunity to shop before the Pre-Sales begin.
You will receive only ONE shoppers pass for volunteering. Do to the lack of volunteers, we will not be able to offer a friend or family member pass this sale. So tell your friend or family member to sign up as a volunteer for a shift to secure their shopping pass.
Shifts are scheduled in four-hour increments...the more you work, the better your benefits (see "Volunteer Worker Benefits" below for complete details). We respectfully request that you do not bring your children with you to your shifts, as you will be too busy to attend to them as you normally would.
Volunteer Worker Benefits
If you sell only and do not volunteer you will still receive 70% but you will be the last to shop the Pre Sale at 3:30 PM on Thursday August 1st. So we strongly encourage you to volunteer.
REGULAR VOLUNTEER: Work ONE four-hour shift and receive pre-shopping privileges AND 70% commission on you sales! Regular Volunteer Workers earn the privilege of admittance to the Pre-Sale on Thursday August 1st at 2:30, before the sale opens to the public at 6pm. Additionally, Workers are invited to a private Half-Price Sale at 6:00 pm on Friday, the night before the public Half-Price Sale!
SUPER VOLUNTEER: Work TWO four-hour shifts and receive pre-shopping privileges AND 70% commission on your sales! Super Volunteer Workers earn the privilege of admittance to the Pre-Sale on Thursday August 1st at 2:00, before the sale opens to the public at 6pm. Additionally, Workers are invited to a private Half-Price Sale at 6:00 pm on Friday, the night before the public Half-Price Sale!
STAR VOLUNTEER: Work THREE or more four-hour shifts (THREE Shifts must include SET-UP/CHECK-IN, THURSDAY NIGHT PUBLIC SALE AND BREAK-DOWN) and receive pre-shopping privileges, 75% commission of your sales! Star Volunteer position are limited, so sign up early to secure you spot! Star Volunteer Workers earn the privilege of admittance to the Pre-Sale on Thursday August 1st at 1:30 , before the sale opens to the public at 6pm. Additionally, Workers are invited to a private Half-Price Sale at 6:00 pm on Friday, the night before the public Half-Price Sale!

You must create an account to volunteer. Make sure you fill in all the information when creating your account, it is case sensitive so use lower case when setting up your id and password. You will want to write these down, you will need them when you log into your account. After you have finished answering all the questions make sure you click on create account.
