Printing tags:
Click on Print Tags. Then click on the circle that says Items that have not been printed or sold.
Then click on the down arrow and select the sale you are wanting the tags to print for. Then click on Generate List.

Then click on the items you want to print, if all check the all box, then click on Generate Tags, a pop up box will appear telling you have so many number of tags to print, click ok.

A page will appear asking you for your print code, you enter it here. Print code is
PL7015806

A page will appear that has a link that is highlighted in yellow, you will click on this link, you must have Acrobat Reader downloaded on your computer in order to print your tags, if you do not, you can download it from here. Click on the link under the yellow highlighted area that tells you about Acrobat Reader. You must also allow your computer to accept pop ups.

Wait for the page to load and you will see your tags. Go to the picture of the printer and click on it. You should be ready to print. Click ok. If your tags printed the correct way then click on red x at the top of the screen, this will close this page and take you back. If you are finished, you can click on the red x again and it will close the page.

You do not have to enter and print your tags all at one time. You can do a few and take a break then do some more later. But this is VERY IMPORTANT, if you do this you will need to follow these printing instructions or you will end up printing tags you previously printed. Following the above directions on entering items, Click on Print Tags, you will want to change the highlighted field to items that have NOT been printed or NOT sold. Then you can follow the rest of the instructions above. Each tag has a different number on it, so you cannot photocopy your tags. You must print a tag for each item.

Supplies needed:

Wire or plastic hangers, safety pins, packing tape, Ziploc bags, 60-67# white or light pastel card stock paper

Please use safety pins only, no staples or straight pins. These will hold your clothes on better.

Ziploc bags work great for big toys, bedding items, shoes and books. You can place the tag in these bags and tape the top shut. On the books please do not tape the tags on the books, this will tear the paper off the books.
No Clothing in Bags, unless it’s Socks! Onesies can be grouped together on a hanger. Swimsuits must be hung on a hanger! Buyers want to see what they’re getting. This insure them nothing is stained.
Print tags on card stock paper or plain copier paper but remember plain paper is easy to fall off your items and become lost. You can find card stock at Walmart or other office supply store. Only use white card stock or light colored.

 Preparing Items:

Hang all clothing items on hangers with the hook facing left like the picture above. You may use plastic hangers or wire hangers. Attach the tag on the right side as you are looking at it with a safety pin. Do the shake test to make sure it’s fully secure on the hanger. If it falls off it will not survive the sale.
Items sells better if not wrinkled. If they have buttons, make sure they are all buttoned, same for zippers and snaps
Pants and skirts by the waist (Easier pinned with large safety pins by the waist with wire hanger). Please do not fold pants over the bottom of the hanger.
For two-piece outfits, pin pants or skirts behind the shirt so both pieces can easily be seen - do not put pants and skirts inside the shirt.
Socks, Bibs, Bottles, Hats, & small toys should be placed inside Ziploc bags and taped securely, please do not tape your tag to the bag, just place it in the bag and tape the bag shut.
Shoes in a Ziploc bag with the tag placed inside the bag.
.All toys, equipment, and furniture must be in working order and clean. Small parts should be bagged and taped to the main part very securely. Tape Ziploc bags shut with tag correct tag on inside.
Items that require batteries will sell faster if they are in them. So make sure you put them in all toys that need them. If you have an instruction manual, please attach it to the item.
Strollers, Bouncers, Car Seats, Highchairs, or anything in general MUST BE CLEAN, No stains holes, frays & not broken!!! Kids At Play Consignments reserves the right to reject anything not suitable for sale.
